New This Fall: Missions Begins Here!

At West Lynchburg Baptist Church, we believe children aren't just the church of tomorrow; they are gifts from God to be discipled today in our homes and church. That's why we're excited to launch two dynamic, Christ-centered missions groups that will help the next generation discover God's heart for the world.

 Children in Action (CA) - Grades K–6

Motto: "Send Me!"

Children in Action is an exciting missions experience where boys and girls discover that God can use them right now to make an eternal difference. Every week, children will "travel" around the world as they learn about missionaries, explore different cultures, pray for people who need the gospel, and participate in meaningful missions projects that put their faith into action.

Children in Action helps kids develop: A biblical worldview. A passion for sharing Christ's love. A heart for serving others. An understanding of God's work around the world. Confidence that God can use them today

Through practical acts of kindness and service, children learn that following Jesus means living on mission every day—at home, at school, in our community, and around the world.

Together they pledge to: Pray for missions * Give to missions * Learn about missions * Do missions through the power of Christ.
